Whatever the problem is, please get in touch with us before sending anything back.
Please make sure you ordered the correct color code before placing the order. Jeffs Touch Up Paint will not incur any shipping expense for returned items, nor will it refund any shipping expense for items ordered and later returned. Refunds will not be issued for items shipped and then later refused or lost.
Unopened and unused products can be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, shipping charges are not refundable, and we do not provide return labels.
If the product has been opened and/or used, we will refund your money if the problem falls under our COLOR MATCH GUARANTEE.
